MalwaFix is a marketplace and lead-management platform. Independent technicians perform services and are not employees of MalwaFix unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices and payments

Customers must confirm visiting charges, materials, estimate and warranty before work begins. During the pilot, payment is made directly to the technician. MalwaFix does not request banking OTPs or UPI PINs.

Verification badges

Each badge describes a specific check and is not a guarantee that every job will be error-free. Customers should verify the technician photo and booking reference before entry.

Complaints

Report safety concerns, fraud or serious service issues promptly. MalwaFix may suspend a technician while reviewing a complaint.

Emergencies

MalwaFix is not an emergency service. Contact the relevant emergency authority when there is immediate danger.
