MalwaFix, operated by Kaarvo Services, collects contact details, booking details and account records needed to connect customers with independent service providers.

Customer information

We may collect name, mobile number, service category, area, exact address, problem description, booking history, ratings and complaints. The exact address should be shared only with an assigned technician.

Technician information

Technician identity and verification information is governed by the separate Technician Privacy Notice. Private verification documents are not displayed publicly.

Security and retention

Access is limited by role. Private files should be stored in a non-public R2 bucket. We retain information only while needed for service delivery, safety, fraud prevention, complaints or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@malwafix.com. Some records may be retained for unresolved disputes or legal requirements.
