Aadhaar is optional. MalwaFix accepts alternative identity documents. Do not upload a full Aadhaar image through the normal document-upload form.

What we collect

Contact details, profile photo, age confirmation, service skills, experience, service areas, references, identity-verification method, verification results, optional private documents, bank/payout information when required, and complaint or suspension records.

Aadhaar offline verification

When selected voluntarily, MalwaFix uses an admin-assisted offline QR or Paperless Offline e-KYC process. The platform records the verification result, date and reviewer rather than publicly displaying or routinely storing the Aadhaar number or image.

Who can view documents

Only authorised reviewers may access private documents. Public users see only approved profile information and precise verification badges.

Retention

Rejected or expired documents should be deleted under the retention schedule unless needed for an active dispute, fraud investigation or legal requirement.

Consent withdrawal

You may withdraw consent for optional processing, but doing so may prevent MalwaFix from completing verification or keeping the profile active.
